Who we are
These terms apply to purchases made on this website from Kirby's Pet and Pool World ("we", "us"). Our address: Shop 11, Demsa Building, Prinsloo Street, Sasolburg, Free State, 1947.
Prices and VAT
All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you check out is the price you pay.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when your payment is confirmed and we email you. We may cancel an order if an item is out of stock or a price was clearly shown in error, and we will refund you in full.
Payment
You pay online by card on a secure payment page. We do not see or store your card details.
Collection
Orders are collected in store. We email you when your order is ready. Please bring your order number. If an order is not collected within 14 days of the "ready" email, contact us before it is returned to stock.
Product information
We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Please read the label on pet food and pool chemicals before use and follow the manufacturer's instructions. Pool chemicals must be stored and handled safely, away from children and animals.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act. See our returns and refunds policy.
